Pat Henson is thrilled to join the team of professional real estate agents at Resort Realty. Pat recently received her Florida real estate license, but she has been personally invested in property on Pensacola Beach for several years. She resides in a sky home at Beach Club and also owns, and rents, several units at Portofino and Beach Club. Having been active in selling real estate since 1986, Pat has been licensed in several states, including Alabama, Tennessee, and West Virginia. She understands the importance and role of a knowledgeable agent upon whom you can trust and depend for proper guidance, especially in today’s volatile market.

Pat is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. Additionally, she holds a Master’s Degree from the University of North Alabama and completed postgraduate work at Auburn. She taught in the public schools of Alabama and Tennessee and is currently retired from the Alabama public schools system. During her years of teaching school, real estate was always a passion and, much of the time, a second job. After retiring, Pat found success in developing a group to purchase and renovate houses. She also currently owns a bed and breakfast and rental properties in Northwest Alabama.

When Pat and her husband, Jerry, decided to invest in oceanfront properties, they chose Pensacola Beach from the numerous possibilities available. They absolutely love this part of our country, and Pat brings great excitement about the area to the marketplace.
