Stephen Larcher is a lifelong resident of the Pensacola Beach area and has practiced real estate since 2002. He joined the Resort Realty Team in September 2008 and brings a wealth of experience in the area of print media, commercial television, and Internet advertising in the real estate market.
 
Stephen became actively involved in the motion picture and television industry in 1991  serving with the Florida Motion Picture and Television Association  (FMPTA) in Northwest Florida which served as a liaison office between the Florida Film Commission and various production companies seeking to produce projects along the Florida Panhandle.
 
He would go on to form two production firms in Northwest Florida, which produced various media for the corporate, commercial, and political arenas. In addition to production, other services included media transfers, editing, and DVD authoring services.
